A four-month contract at Handbuilt Creative in Richmond, Tasmania. End-to-end UX across four established Australian organizations, with a strong emphasis on research, brand identity, and design system work feeding into the visual design.

The role moved fast. Each engagement followed the same shape: a research pass at the start, then brand and design system foundations, then the website itself. Doing this four times in a short window forced a clearer working method than I had before.
